Our 60-minute CrossFit class combines strength training and conditioning in a structured, coach-led format. Expect a warm-up, focused strength or skill segment (like squats or Olympic lifts), followed by a high-intensity workout designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and boost performance. Every workout is scalable, so you can push your limits at your own pace.

QuickFit is a fast-paced, 30-minute sweat session focused on cardio, core and functional movement using bodyweight and light equipment. It’s designed to burn calories, build lean muscle, and fit into even the busiest schedule—no barbells, no complicated movements, just non-stop energy.

Heavy Artillery is a 60-minute class that combines heavy lifting with high-intensity conditioning to test both your physical and mental limits. You’ll build raw strength while improving endurance through challenging, grit-driven workouts. This class is 
designed to help you turn weaknesses into strengths—one rep at a time. Included in all CrossFit memberships.

It’s the perfect complement to your routine for both performance and results.

Our Sunday Mobility class is a 60-minute recovery-focused session designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and support injury prevention. Using intentional movement, stretching, and breath work, this class helps you recover from the week and prepare your body for the one ahead. It’s the perfect reset for athletes of all levels. Offered Sundays only. Included in all memberships.
